This service facilitates the submission of a request for approval of an alternative data-sharing method in instances where integration via the Government Service Bus (GSB) is not feasible or when a justifiable cause exists for utilizing an alternate method.

Requirements

  • A valid registration certificate from the National Data Management Office.

Steps

  • Access the National Data Governance Platform.
  • Click on the “E-Services” icon.
  • Select the “Request for Approval of Data Sharing Method” service.
  • Click on “Start Service.”
  • Complete identity verification through “Nafath.”
  • Select the entity's account.
  • Log in as the Data Office Director or the designated representative if the entity does not have a Data Office Director.
