Data Protection Impact Assessments service is a tool that enables controlling entities to analyze the impact of processing personal data in products and services offered by such entities. The processing’s scope and objectives are clearly defined and the necessary legal justifications are given. All the risks resulting from processing personal data are identified according to the possibility of their occurrence and the severity of their impact, in addition to finding solutions and appropriate measures which aim to avoid and reduce such risks.
Requirements
- A valid registration certificate from NDMO.
Steps
- Log in to the National Data Governance Platform.
- Click on the ‘Electronic Services’ icon.
- Choose ‘Privacy Impact Assessment’.
- Fill out the Privacy Impact Assessment form.
- Save the form
