Personal Data Breach Notification
Start Service
A service that allows entities to report personal data breach incidents as soon as they occur within a delay not exceeding (72) hours of becoming aware of the incidents, if such incident potentially causes harm to the personal data, or to data subject or conflict with their rights or interests as stated in Article (24) of “The Implementing Regulations of PDPL”.
Requirements
- A valid registration certificate from NDMO.
Steps
- Log in to the National Data Governance Platform.
- Click on the ‘Electronic Services’ icon.
- Choose ‘Personal Data Breach Notification’.
- Fill out the Personal Data Breach Notification form.
- Submission of the Personal Data Breach Notification form
