Request for Legal Opinion Clarification

This service aims to enable government and private entities to submit a request for a legal opinion clarification from the National Data Management Office (NDMO) regarding disputes arising from the application of regulatory documents issued by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Requirements

  • A valid registration certificate from the National Data Management Office.

Steps

  • Access the National Data Governance Platform.
  • Click on the “E-Services” icon.
  • Select the “Request for Legal Opinion Clarification” service.
  • Click on “Start Service”.
  • Complete identity verification through “Nafath”.
  • Select the entity's account.
  • Log in as the Chief Data Officer or the designated representative if the entity does not have a Chief Data Officer.
