National Data Classification Registry
Start ServiceThe National Data Classification Registry service aims to inventory structured and unstructured data within government entities and classify its confidentiality level in accordance with the Data Classification Policy, the National Data Management and Governance Controls and Specifications, and the Personal Data Protection requirements issued by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA). The service is designed to identify and classify data assets without collecting the data itself.
Requirements
- Valid registration certificate from the National Data Management Office
Steps
- Access the National Data Governance Platform.
- Click on the "E-Services"
- Select the "National Data Classification Registry" service.
- Click "Start Service."
- Verify your identity using "Nafath."
- Select entity account.
- Log in as the Chief Data Office , or as a Delegat if your entity does not have a Chief Data Office. Also, can grant access privileges as "Data Entry Classification".
