This service aims to enable government and private entities to submit a request for a legal opinion clarification from the National Data Management Office (NDMO) regarding disputes arising from the application of regulatory documents issued by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Requirements

A valid registration certificate from the National Data Management Office.

Steps

Access the National Data Governance Platform.
Click on the “E-Services” icon.
Select the “Request for Legal Opinion Clarification” service.
Click on “Start Service”.
Complete identity verification through “Nafath”.
Select the entity's account.
Log in as the Chief Data Officer or the designated representative if the entity does not have a Chief Data Officer.
