Description Requirements Steps

This service enables individuals to submit and track complaints concerning violations of a Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulation.

Requirements

  • The complainant must have an account in Absher.
  • Provide sufficient information on the complaint.
  • Submit supporting documents for the complaint.

Steps

  • Log in to the National Data Governance Platform.
  • Click on the ‘E-Services’ icon.
  • Choose ‘Submit a personal data complaint’ Service.
  • Select ‘Start Service’.
  • Fill the complaints form and click on ‘submit’.


After submitting the complaint, user can track the complaint status when entering the service and displaying the service dashboard.
